Technical support my foot!

Technical what?! Has anyone ever sat on the phone for over an hour with technical "support", only to be left feeling very unsupported? Well, I have! My satellite went out yesterday, and I immediately freaked out because tonight is the all-important review of last season's Lost finale--an essential pre-requisite for Thursday night's Lost season premiere! I know it's pathetic, but it's one of the only shows that Justin will actually watch with me, so it's kind of a date night thing for us. Anyhow, I spent an hour on the phone following directions to push this button and then that button, etc. Finally, he says the dreaded "we'll have to send out a technician." But they couldn't send one until it was too late! So I hung up and called the local company who set our dish up. The lady said they didn't have anyone available either, but "did he have you unplug your receiver?" No--he did not! So I tried it, and wallah...it worked! She said 90% of the time your receiver goes out, you just need to unplug it, but technical support never tells you that! So keep that in mind the next time your pathetic TV obsession is in danger. I know, I know...you can thank me later.

O.K., you are already a pro at blogspot. You should get a part time job as a computer programmer (because you have soo much free time)! Anyways, I need to know how you are able to make it so a work that is a different color in your text can turn into a link. Very tricky!!!
