How do you begin to die?

Eden: Mom, how do you begin to die?

Mom: What do you mean?

Eden: You know--like you begin to get dressed, or you begin to get in the car.  How do you begin to die?

Mom: (exerting every effort not to laugh)  Well, people die in different ways.  Some people die because they get really, really sick.  Some people die in a car accident--that's why we always wear our seat belts.  Some people might die if they get caught in a fire--that's why we don't play with fire.

Eden: Well, when I die, I'm going to close my eyes and lay really still.

Mom: Yep...when we die, our bodies rest while our spirits go to heaven until it's time to be resurrected.

Eden: Yep.
